MARGARET SANTA
On November 26, 2025, we said goodbye to Margaret our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose devotion to her family blessed our lives.
Mom was predeceased by Fritz Schneider (1985) husband and Victor Santa (2024) husband. She is survived by her three children Winni (David Malloy), Ralph Schneider and Peter (Elysa) Schneider, and Victor's three children Donna Haidt, Lori (Robin Nelson) and Debbie (Dave Fraser) with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mom spent many meaningful years singing soprano at Rosedale United Church and the Winnipeg German Choir. With her sense of humour, laughter and outgoing nature she made many friends. Bowling was also something she looked forward to. She truly was the master of her kitchen much to the delight of those seated at her table. A well deserved treat would often take place at the Sal's, Ponderosa or the Pancake House. Shopping with her daughter would be cherished and often produced bags of 'treasures'!
Thank you to the Luther Home Staff where she last resided until her passing. Special thanks to Pastor Dave and resident Helen Sodor.
A private function is to follow with the immediate family.
